Best Ever Runners Breakfast
I post this because I have it every morning for breakfast after my morning run and it is the best start to the day
4 cups of organic oats
1 cup of oat bran
1/2 cup soy flour
1 cup ground linseed, sunflower seed, almond mix
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Mix all ingrediants in a bowl and store in an airtight container in the fridge. To serve put 1/2 cup in a deep bowl with 1 cup of water and
microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring once half way.
Top with fruit, I use one golburn valley snack pack, and natural yoghurt
I promise this will keep you going until lunch time and is packed with stacks of protein and carbs.
